Next time you are in Ramona, CA, be sure to visit Bisher’s Meat Market for the absolute best meats ever. Fourth generation family run business since the late 1800’s. (Pic is Sherry with owner Dan.)
Since we started this adventure, sleeping has been a challenge for me on a different bed. Long story short, we got our King size Sleep Number bed back, Tim helped retrofit the travel trailer to make the bed fit, and ooo wee doo! am I sleeping good again! (Sherry quietly admits she sleeps better, too.)
We went with Tim, Ellen, and Andy to a new skydiving center on the coast, and it was a hoot flying right seat in their Pax 750 plane.
Sherry provided massages to skydivers at Perris Skydiving Center.
An Amish family visited “our” local church in Ramona, sitting two rows in front of us. Fun observing their family interaction, with their papa definitely the leader on all things.
On laundromat day, blessed a mom and her son in the laundromat. She wore clean yet well worn clothing, tended well to her young son, and had a meek and mild spirit about her. Didn’t take the Holy Spirit much effort to impress upon us to bless her. She was leary when I asked if we could bless her by paying for her laundry, but she almost burst into tears when she realized there was no hidden agenda.
Sherry and I have more fun with Wayne and Cecile at Oceanside. Lots of surfers, wake boarders, fishing, tanning, bicyclists, playing in the surf, Marine Corp band, and huge bubble maker on the pier. Always plenty to do at the beach.
